Bryan Hoyer, CEO
Bryan Hoyer has over 25 years of experience as an inventor and entrepreneur. Bryan founded Boulder Creek Engineering, a test and measurement company, which built the Pod-A-Lyzer, an FPGA/Windows-Based Logic Analyzer (EDN Finalist, Innovative Product of the Year 1994).  Boulder Creek produced the first Silicon Explorer for Actel and Signal Tap for Altera. Altera acquired the company in 1999.  While at Altera, Bryan created and expanded Altera's Santa Cruz engineering organization, which produced the industry leading Nios soft-core microprocessor and SOPC Builder IP Integration tool. Recently, Bryan launched Samplify Systems a venture-backed startup selling compression IP.  Bryan holds a BSEET from Cogswell College in San Francisco and holds four issued US Patents. 

John Yin, CTO
John Yin has over 20 years experience in system architecture, software and hardware design.  John's experience spans successful development and initial customer deployment of products ranging from carrier class central office equipment to highly integrated system on a chip devices.  He has also built strong engineering, operations, and customer support organizations and developed partnerships and corporate customer relations with leading companies.  John was in charge of line and functional management to solve institutional, NASA-wide, and government-wide problems. He established operational infrastructure for the White House web site www.whitehouse.gov, which was publicly released by Vice-President Gore in October 1994.

Carolyn Mathas, Director of Marketing 
Carolyn Mathas has 22 years of experience in communications and marketing. Carolyn's career includes such editorial positions as CMP's online Mobile Handset DesignLine, Network Systems DesignLine, PLDesignLine, and PennWell's Lightwave and CleanRooms print magazines. Carolyn also provided PR/Marketing expertise to several clients including Philips Semiconductors, Mysticom Semiconductor, and Altera's Santa Cruz Division. She also held the Director of Marketing position at security IC startup Securealink. Mathas earned her BS in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and is completing her MBA with a focus in marketing at New York Institute of Technology.
